Currently running with an rx 5700xt on my system which has been my stop gap for like 2 years. I'll be patient and wait until the 8xxx series releases and we'll see what I choose then.

Has to be said that if INTEL CPU is used you get better performance as REBAR and E Cores are optimized in the matching architecture. Comparing apples and oranges with AMD CPU is not giving the best performance for ARC.

Overclocking 15-20% is huge. Same for 4060 for example is 3%. So much more unlocked performance.

RT with B580 the loss of performance is not very big vs 4060 that tanks.

Then there is the architectural differences of no queuing and waiting producing all good frames that is almost 1 frame from ARC = 2 frames from AMD/Nvidia when you take in count the broken frames caused by queuing and waiting hence high Wattage.

That's why if you compare the cards blindly at same low FPS INTEL ARC is playable and AMD/Nvidia tanks. We see the 1 = 2 where AMD/Nvidia needs double the FPS to work.

This is why you can play lot of the games at 4k also but you are limited with 192 bit bus and 12gb VRAM in some games but not as bad as 4070ti for example that stutter even at 100-120 FPS. Judging on paper is one thing and judging by experience is another.
