My biggest challenge is finding new recruits. I do have an in-house system, I do all my advertising on FB, and I do live videos for my VIP Group, but for some reason, I find it most challenging to find people who want to join!!

My struggle is being taught by my upline to approach the prospect with the business opportunity (set up like a position for “hire” then asking if they are open to other professions in addition to what it is that you do but when I meet with some don’t move forward.

My hardest thing is knowing what to put on social media to GET people interested. My fb and insta pages are brand new. Trying to find people on insta is tough! Lol fb is people i know so I'm getting some info on there first and then I'll invite people. I've done so many MLMs in the past no one wants to know about anything else. Lol

Putting people in a group is ridiculous. Professionals meet one on one. That's duplicatable.
