I think you're underestimating Shuton. He doesn't have a single bad loss other then Kome IIRC and he top 8'd three P-tiers and has solid wins on players like Hurt, Light, Zomba, Yaura, Tea, MuteAce, Asimo and Snow.

Also Light has winning records on Miya, Tweek, SHADIC, Zomba and MuteAce, he should be top 10 despite some bad losses to players like ChunkyKong, Kobe and AppleWiz.

With this top 10, Raru would have 1 win and 10 losses on the remainder of the top 10.

Meanwhile, Light would have 8 wins and 8 losses.

DR is still NA, NA includes all of the Caribbean islands (including Hispaniola, which is split in half between Haiti and DR) and everything north of Colombia, so Central America Mexico is Canada. There are 23 countries in NA. Just thought I’d spread some geography awareness since I hear a lot of confusion on it. I think a lot of people just think it’s USA and CAN. Fun fact Greenland is also part of NA although it’s technically not a country and is instead an autonomous part of Denmark that mostly governs itself.

seeing sparg0 so low after the dominance of last year is weird, but he definitely hasn't been as consistent. just goes to show how hard this game is, with the enormous roster that almost guarantees bad matchups for nearly every character and how incredible the competition has become.

Enjoyed the list. Generally agree with the placements. I probably would put Light into the top 10 as i don't think his 17th is as bad as some of the lows of the other contenders (and he double eliminated Miya 😮). That said, Genesis is huge, so i understand why people would put Zomba above him.
Insane to me that we are at the point that we have to choose between players who won majors for 11th! But the big wins this year have been so thinly spread. Can't wait for Supernova.

i really think miya deserves the number one spot this season. he put in more effort than basically anyone else, with first place finish after first place. if acola went to the number of tournaments miya did he would start having even worse results imo. don't get me wrong it's still close but miya is just a beast at this game and discounting that for a couple of low placements is lame af
