Ingredients:
Paneer 400gm
Condensed milk 200ml
Cardmon powder

Method:
1. Take 400 gm of paneer grate it and divide into two parts.
2. Take one part of paneer (200gm).
Mash the fresh paneer well with the help of your hands. Break all lumps to make it as smooth as possible .
3. Once the paneer is smooth enough, cook it on slow flame till water evaporates completely (4-5 min).
4. Add 200ml of condensed milk. Cook it for another 5 min.
5. Now take that raw grated paneer in a bowl ,which you kept aside .
6. Next add this cooked paneer into it.
7. Add cardamom powder or soaked saffron. Mix it well to make a soft and smooth dough.
8. Pinch a lemon sized ball from the paneer mix and roll it between your palm to make a smooth ball.
9. Coat it with milk powder and refrigerate it for minimum 1 hr before serving .
