How To Use a Loop Pedal On Guitar (easy!)

In follow up to my video on my favorite loop pedals, I thought I would make you guys a straightforward video on how to actually create a loop! My top tip is to give yourself time- using a loop pedal can be a humbling experience! You might think you have good timing, but the loop pedal will be sure to point out all your timing imperfections! haha Anyway, hope you have fun with this, and thanks for watching!

Great lesson well done! You are hitting every detail I struggled with also. When you said “right on the one” my brain immediately thought “yeah 😂 ESPECIALLY when it’s NOT the one”. …like when it flows better with the song to start the loop on a pickup note or on the TWO…. still ONE to the players stomping foot. Greetings from Hungary! I found your other looper video when I was looking up a few videos on the Ditto. Nice job explaining the various things to look out for... I second most of them. I've so far only ever played with one looper (the Digitech Jamman) and that one doesn't have quantizing functions. It definitely takes a bit of practice to get used to hitting the "1" correctly each time.
Your demo here is excellent, nice playing! That's a beautiful finish on your guitar too.

hello! i have a similar vox combo, although it is the pathfinder 10, which only has one input. can i buy a pedal that has 2 inputs (guitar and microphone) and somehow still connect the pedal's output into the pathfinder 10?
