This is awesome Caren. Thank you. 💥

3 Fundamental Stages (imagine a flywheel) of ADHD Development

1. Know thyself aka self-awareness.
2. Support thyself.
3. Be thyself.

I’m working on #2 because the struggle is real in most days. 95% of the time when it comes to getting productive and doing what I love.

Ahhh!! 🤪 ADHD is a superpower and can also be challenging when you’re not listening to your body.

Because.

Burn out is freakin’ not 🤯

The good news is… 🎉

We can thrive with Adult ADHD with a lot of patience, celebrating micro changes, acceptance, compassion, and figure out what works for you aka conscious choice of protecting your energy.

Progress over perfection.

Going slow and steady.

Take care everyone. 🩷🙏🏼🧿✨😃✨

Caren, this is so helpful! Literally told my therapist I think I’m having an identity crisis because I just don’t know myself anymore. Also, I’m in the habit of trying 800 new things at once and not sticking to any one long enough to see if it’s a habit that’s helping or hurting. Thank you for these insights! Downloading the worksheet now. 🙏

Hi there. Really helpful video. Thank you. I don't know if it's my device or not but I don't seem able to click on a link for the worksheet.

53 years? So you had ADHD 33 years before you were even born?

Hi Caren, great video, thanks! Very helpful!!

I tried to download the worksheet, but after entering the info requested, I was not redirected to the page of the assessment as noted at the bottom of the page. Did it expire? Thanks again!
