Around 4 hours before this video was released, we hit 25k subscribers! Here's a big Thank You to every one of them :)

The basic principle of concept #3 is actually used in a few Lego Sets like 42006 and 42042. The one I built is actually very unstable, but it gives the basic idea.

This gives me the same vibes that "easy minecraft piston doors" gives me.

Great vid I love the clever designs

Cool stuff as always! I really like the second one for its clever, compact design.

Love these ideas!

If I build a grabber powered with a motor I usually use a suspension piece in one of the driving arms, this helps the motor build up a bit of torque and results in more grip strength.

The 2nd one reminds me of the one from Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga but without the mechanical sounds.

I just realized I wasn't subbed, but I've corrected that now.

It would be interesting to see a Lego FinGripper. I'm not sure how you could do it, besides maybe using tiny rubber bands crisscrossing each trapezoidal segment.

This makes me wish I still owned Legos. 3D printing is great, but iteration and testing is much slower than with ready-made parts.

Build 2 could be adapted to become an awesome prosthetic hand for Bionicle M.O.Cs
