The outdoor spaces are my favorite parts of the home although there are some beautiful materials used throughout. Landscaping costs add up so fast. I would guess 450k-550k. I would adore those outdoor features in such a beautiful setting.

Wonderful tour of the #HGTVDreamHome2023, which we would be absolutely overjoyed to win! The @LLFLooring white oak water resistant engineered hardwood floors in the main living area are beautiful and are my favorite floors. I absolutely love the open floor plan, specifically of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room, though is my favorite, with the vaulted ceiling, the furniture and decor (love the dinosaur fossil painting) and the floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the porch & the beautiful Colorado surroundings. As Floridians, we love the mountains and snow of Colorado, and my husband has even mentioned wanting a home in Colorado. It’s EVERYTHING I would want in a dream home. The dinosaur themed guest bedroom and bathroom are also the perfect fit for our 9 year old, who has loved dinosaurs since he was little but has never been to Colorado with us. The color schemes throughout the HGTV Dream Home of varying shades of greens, blues, neutrals and terracotta/pink and the checkered patterned curtains in the home are absolutely warm and inviting. It is definitely an elegant and delightfully cozy place for any winner to call home! ❤

Yes I love plank and ski lodge style my favorite and with modern style blended. Plank is easy cleaning and good for Rocky Mountain weather!

The house is beautiful! The tag for all the landscaping. My guess is 500K just for the landscaping and everything else for the outside I am guessing another 250K, so all in all 750K for everything!

I love the pantry. I haven't had a real pantry for years and if I were to have any one room, I would choose that as my favorite room. The other rooms are great, but everyone should at least have a pantry!

I think the landscaping was in the neighborhood of $125k.
