i’ve never made mussels before, but i tried this recipe on a whim and WOW! so easy. so fast. so good! we toasted some bread to sop up the sauce. thank you for teaching us, gordon!

This was incredible. Just stopped eating and it turned out really well. Used a little less celery and generally combined his moules frites-recipe with this one and it was delicious.

Until I saw a video of a proffesional that didn't know how to cook mussles. I had to ask myself "Do I know how to do that?" The answer is no. And by the looks of things. You just chuck'em in there with whatever flavour you're going to have for steaming. I may have to try this
