StarCraft 2: First Strike on Brutal! (Co-op Mutation)

The new brutal mutation for the co-op missions in StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void is called the "First Strike". This features the Rakshir mission, with a laser drill and changes to the vision of both players as well as the enemies.

StarCraft 2 is a military science fiction real-time strategy video game developed and released by Blizzard Entertainment for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Legacy of the Void is the third and final part in the StarCraft 2 triology.

Just a little tip for Vorazun, mind controlling enemy units doesn't take away their sight radius, so even one observer/overseer/raven gives you really, really long sight range :)

Remember that when playing with Vorazun invisible/burrowed units do not die (unless they're killed two times in less than a minute)

And the Drill can be killed ;)

raynor is really OP in this mission, as soon as you have both call downs you use them on the location of the drill and kill it

I had a tough time with this one. Was successful few times but man it was a grind. I didnt care for this mission in regular co-op. In mutation i just didnt find it fun. Last weeks was fun IMO. After seeing and reading the different strategies perhaps this will indeed be fun. Love this game. I am old but still love it.

lol that one was pretty easy for me when I got paired with a Raynor, he just made the Hyperion jump to the laser and took it out immediately.

You can kill the drill. Also, devourers with aoe-upgrade are crazy-op.

just picked reynar and with your two first incoming actionskills you kill the drill easily

I think that raynor is in that mission OP because, the battleship hiperion (is the name right) can kill the laser in the first minutes of the game.

I have all heroes lvl 15, vorazun is totally OP. Havent lost a single time as her, even playing brutal with partner leaving. Though people dont use her especially well, like the guy in this video. Dt+chorsair and heavy focus on upgrades is the way to go. You have to play buildorders pretty perfect until u have gotten a decent amount of dts and some chorsairs with cloak, after that everything = ez :)
