Starcraft II: Co-Op Mutation #2 - First Strike

Long Range - Enemy units & structures have increased weapon and vision range.
Short-sighted - Player units and structures have reduced vision range.
Laser Drill - An enemy Laser Drill constantly attacks player units within enemy vision.

Blizzard has still not updated the editor with new mutations, so I'm instead doing this one of a really old mutation using new commanders.
