E3 (2012) Game Impressions: The Wii U GamePad

What they need to do is have rechargeable batteries with a charging dock. It works wonders with Wiimotes. Hopefully it will be made.

I've played they way through Kid Icarus uprising with full brightness and 3D on only for cutscenes.

Yeah like a camera you should have like multiple batteries to switch out when it gets low

hopefully they will come with same type of wire default that plugs into the console if the battery life runs out, PLEASE NINTENDO?

the gamepad will have an AC adapter, and the battery isn't removable.
the Nyko addon will just be like an extra battery feed into the main controller.
mostly useless.
You could pull an PS3, and keep it plugged in forever.

emm dude the Wii U gamepad comes with the chraging dock. but 4 hours of battery lifes lol thats not very long. a nintendo 3DS battery only last 4 hours.

can you use the new gamepad to play rayman or do you need to buy the pro controller? every video i've seen the person with the gamepad gets the shit touch to help job and doesn't really get to play

I fail to see how battery life is such a significant issue. You dock it when you don't play, so it is always charging, and there's also likely a plug so you can play while its plugged in. A Nyko pack would just be an extra bulky pack added to the controller, which would ruin the controllers comfort you described. The batt isn't removable.
