Unable to open MS Paint app Error Not Able to Create New Document, Fix Microsoft paint app not working on Windows PC

Step 1) Open Paint app using Powershell:
Press Windows + X, type mspaint and hit enter
Step 2) Uninstall and reinstall paint app
Uninstall command
dism /Online /Remove-Capability /CapabilityName:Microsoft.Windows.MSPaint~~~~0.0.1.0

Reinstall command
dism /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Microsoft.Windows.MSPaint~~~~0.0.1.0

works 100% at first when you are Uninstalling paint you have to restart your PC. After you can Reinstall paint. I was having the same issue until I restart my PC and Reinstall 2021 and Working

this is the most useful tutorial on this issue. everywhere else i went had to tell me that i had to bring my computer back to the manufacture or do a hard reboot of the pc. this is this is the second time paint has not worked but this technique works. thx man.
