If possible you might be able to use the extra weight for a wedge.

Hey maybe with the extra weight you could put some small wedgelets in the front or put some metal plates onto the sides of drum mounts for extra support for the drum

I'm going to be going up against you in a few months, so I'm hesitant to suggest this, but you might want to put a bumper on the back. spaced armor on the rear will keep direct hits off your chassis. If you heat a little HDPE you can even wrap it forward around your rear wheels.

If you’re looking for motors similar to the Viking motors, you could look into the EMAX RS1106 motors. They range from 4500kv to 7500kv and can run between 2s and 4s! Another solid, albeit larger, motor is the DYS 1806 2300kv motor, which is used by a lot of people!

Hopefully we'll fight at the Minnesota event. Cool bot!

That speed controller is great! I use the same one for my 4 wheeled wedge bot.

Nice bot. I hope to fight it in Minnesota (I don't have a bias on which bot I use to fight Blastwave).

Update: I might not make it to Minnesota.

I just run my logos out on a colour printer and put them on with a glue stick. If you take the time to colormatch the background it usually looks pretty good. On some of my bots I’ve used a fake carbon-fibre pattern to ensure it blends cleanly.

You are using an 120 mAh battery? Do you have any concerns about running out of power on the field? Do you turn off your weapon for the majority of the match?

Ever thought to thicken the top/bottom armor plates and countersink the bolt holes for clearance?

Use a pipe instead of a dash as a separator, so it doesn't conflict with the dash in the 1-lb. Also remove the dash in the 1-lb
