I remember that after my embryo transfer (not frozen) I began feeling menstrual pain and I thought that the transfer had failed. But I had one very distinctive symptom the night before I took my pregnancy test (day 15 after the transfer) and it was a mild nausea. I thought it was just due to low blood pressure because I needed to eat something but actually I was pregnant 😊 I know the wait for a positiv result is a mental and emotional torture but hang on, relax.
