Love how Ringo gets himself and his set ready just in time for when he needs to come into the song. He's not rushing, looks so natural. HDN is a great album, every song is a keeper. They really were starting to hit their stride as writers with this album. And the movie is so much fun. Their personalities were infective as was their sense of humor. They didn't even seem to be acting, just being themselves.
I was seven years old and was already a huge fan. For my birthday in April of '64 my parents got me the "Meet the Beatles" album and I got every one of their albums when they came out. I was so enamored with them that I didn't want to listen to any other music for a while because I felt I wouldn't be true to them, lol. Posters all over the walls of my bedroom. And I'm still as big a fan at almost 63 years old as I was at seven. Beatles forever! Peace and love and good health to everyone out there.

This whole film is a masterpiece with many iconic moments. I believe this is the finest of those moments, such a raw scene which shows the Beatles at their purest I feel. The smiles, the eye contact and understanding between them is infectious to the audience.
