DAN DAN Lentil Noodle

Dan Dan Noodle is a super tasty dish. To be honest I never had Dan Dan Noodle, but for some reasons they came across to my social media. And I attempt to make it. It has intense flavour from Sichuan pepper and all spice powder. And wow.. it was absolutely HIT!

Main Ingredients:
200gr Beef Mince
1 soft boiled egg, cut in half
125gr cooked lentil noodle or your favourite noodle.

Marinated Mix:
2 tsp garlic minced
⁠1 tsp dark soy sauce
⁠1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
⁠1/4 tsp five spices powder
⁠1/4 tsp white pepper
⁠1/4 tsp white sugar
A pinch of salt
⁠1/4 tsp mushroom stock

Seasoning Mix
1 TBS chili oil
⁠20 ml light soy sauce
1 TBS smooth peanut butter/sesame seed paste
⁠1/2 tsp sechuan pepper, roughly bashed
⁠1/4 tsp all spice powder
⁠1/4 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp mushroom powder
⁠4 tsp garlic minced

Steps:
1.In a small container, add all the “Marinated Mix“ ingredients. Mix well and add to minced meat. Mix again until well combined.  Leave it for about 1 hour. Set aside. In a small container, add all “Seasoning Mix” ingredients. Mix well aside.
2.In a pan, over medium high heat, add the prepared marinated meat, cook until browned. In a bowl, add the prepared “Seasoning Mix”, throw the parboiled noodle. Mix well.
3.Add the cooked minced meat on top and egg. Now enjoy your Dan Dan Noodle
