7:04 Ahhh, look at that smell.

I also spend my years looking at smell, one of the true joys in life!

To get true results, they should have all been cooked and seasoned in the exact same way.

Wouldn't of it been more of accurate test if you had cooked them all the same way?

"In the manner of fairness I'm not doing anything super special to the tails" -- **proceeds to cook them totally differently** lmao

Thank you for testing with and without butter, because as all of you stated; the addition of butter really can change the overall experience. I personally like spiny lobster more, but to be fair I also really like grilling lobsters as opposed to boiling or steaming. As an additional note, I also enjoy top steaming the main body by using a heated skillet some butter and just liding the lobster body inside that, as I try not to waste anything and I especially love the head butter or tamale.

definitely cold water/east coast lobster, they are SWEET and TENDER. Warm water spiny...is good. but I pick cold water over warm if I was given a choice.

Hmmm seems like everyone agrees, they should all have been cooked the same (and also properly) .. also tomalley and roe are not the same thing. Roe are the eggs, tomalley is the "liver" - green/grey stuff in the head/torso area

"For the taste test, which of these would you try first?"
My answer, *Yes."

For a taste test I think a clean steam for all would have been best

This video was not polished and over edited. That is what made this so enjoyable and fun to watch.

Loved it!!!

We are having lobster tonight for our 30th wedding anniversary. Looking forward to it!
