Fish were any aquatic creature with "scales and fins". Whales, sharks, crustaceans, rays, etc. are not creatures that would've been considered a "Great Fish". Hope this helps.

Bro, you can’t even really base this argument on what kind of animals live in the Mediterranean Sea right now these days. A long time ago lions used to roam into Europe but they are not there any more. So by your logic, they were never there, because they’re not there today.
All I’m saying is that massive sea creatures like a blue whale could have been in the Mediterranean back then, we don’t know because we weren’t alive back then. And you cannot go based off of what’s alive in the Mediterranean today because things change, there’s a lot of traffic in the Mediterranean Sea; might’ve done some damage to the ecosystem. Who knows.
