I still remember the scene with Loki in the glass prison. He made this illusion of him being confident, but once it was broken he was a mess. Everything in his cell was broken and he was on the floor. That's what makes this scene so potent. It's always been his illusion. The persona of a villain was made out of fear.

Honestly every now and again I'll see a clip of Loki and he actually grows on me as a character despite me just thinking him as an annoying shit throughout the entire MCU. Like it's moments like this that humanize him and make him more relatable than he normally is.

Loki's redemption started right here and it was a wild ride that ended with him not just becoming a Hero but the Root of the Universe of Life itself... the best villain to Hero story ever... i honestly cried at the end knowing what he had done
