Grand Prairie teen is sole survivor of crash that killed his family; street racing suspects arrested

A 13-year-old girl, her 6-year-old brother and their mom and dad were killed by a driver who police say was street racing in Grand Prairie over the weekend. A 16-year-old boy was the sole survivor.
