Imported 3D model missing textures - Simple Fix

Hi, I know this is a basic tutorial, but sometimes, even the littlest information helps.
Remember to re-add your texture file when you import your model =)

Thank you so much, it was really helpful! I only found how to apply textures in blender 2.7 but it doesn't work the same way in the newer versions. Now it works, thanks :)

Thanks my man, worked flawlessly.
TIP: If the "Object Properties" does not populate change "Armature.001" to "body" in the object properties, for the material settings to populate.
at least that's what worked for me since.
fyi: I'm a beginner in blender.
