In 2003, MySpace was a relatively new social media site that was just starting to take off. Over the next 10 years, MySpace grew into one of the most popular social media sites of the 2000s.

I remember the exact time when I was lost interest in MySpace. It was summer of 09. MySpace started bugging about "try MySpace 2.0" As soon as MySpace changed from that mostly blue theme to the black theme which made the website move I left. Sad. MySpace was what got me into social media.

I switched to Facebook when I went to college, which was around 2007-2008. I logged on again 5 years ago downloaded some of my old photos and deleted my account.

For me once 09 hit and FB came out myspace was dead and gone. But from 06 to 08 was the best.
