Ok my dad was born in Germany but his ethnicity is AA? So what do call ppl like that because I thought Afro German is the right way but idk because African American-German is like huh yk i mean he just got his US citizenship not too long ago soo..

There are blacks living in Germany for whatever reason, yet black Germans don't exist. The word "afrodeutsch" doesn't make sense. It is contradictory. In a way like saying living corpse. Deutsch means "of Germanic descent".
