Things to keep in mind when you go to apply for the my number at at the ward office.

1. You do not need to take a photo. Your photo will be taken for free at the ward office.
2. Bring your current my number notification card ( light green paper card )
3. Bring your resident card

1. Take the collection notification letter that was sent to you by the ward office
2. Take your identification cards ( your resident card and your health insurance will be recommended )
3. Please make sure to make a reservation before going to pick up your my number card at the office.
