the way the monkey grabbed the baby when it fell, screamed and hugged it, even though it wasn't her baby... just a random one, basically. that was more human than OUR reactions often.

I cried when the adult monkey picked it up and protectively cried that it was hurt while hugging it... and their hugs after realizing the baby wasn’t moving and there was nothing they could do

When the monkeys hugged each other and grieved I literally teared up. It was so beautiful. So genuine.

Interestingly, it seems that as technology continues to progress, the more we see how human-like animals are and how animal-like humans are.
