Looks good. Drum brakes are great on trucks. Much improved design compared with their earlier generations. Pity they don’t export to Europe any longer.

Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh. I have preordered one despite concerns around the rear drums which make no sense particularly given Mitsubishi are already talking about changing in a mid life upgrade. Also agree with other comments that a 3l V6 would be a game changer.

my opinion, this ute actually looks more American than Ford's Ranger. I love that pretty tall hood & the grille, I just wish it has 35s from the factory

It looks extremely hard to upgrade to the after-market front bar due to the front. Also, it does not got much ground clearance.
As a city ute, it is perfect.

Not bad, although I bought a brand new GLS (one down from top spec) in 2018 for $38k.
Would I consider a Triton over a Ranger for the same price point…possibly not

Love my MQ triton 4N15 engine. Unbelievable reliability 227, 000km still going hard. Not perfect but underrated car.
