I worked in the consumer protection field for quite some time, and this angle came across too many times. I was looking for answers and his work gave many answers to my questions. Great applause and tribute to his work. I am a fan of your work sir, respect from Pakistan.

As far as mortgage loans, will banks be available to validate where they got the money to loan us? I don’t recall actually rolling in all the money they gave me when purchasing my house. That’s because there is no real money. They transferred my own credits then they charged me with interest and made my mortgage from chattel paper and caused me to use the house as collateral before I even took possession of the property. Mortgage fraud.

How does common law cross over with consumer law, commercial law when the seller has no record of home address? No address no jurisdiction. No jurisdiction, civil law has no enforcement.

Wow, this very topic has been of interest to me for years. Who would have thought that so many others would have also given this such careful consideration. My outrage over what I consider unfair business practices have made me consider many times getting into law. Perhaps this information could contribute to the work that Elizabeth Warren is doing with the Consumer Protection Agency?
