I could not complete this video finally, it looks too naive. Synthesizing viable solution is one of the most difficult problems of entrepreneurship. There are no books, no proven methodology to secure solution. It is heavily based on talent. What looks true - is that one has to have a very strong connection to reality. The most of the successful entrepreneurs are noting that. Asking question is must, but not enough. Another one is very strong logical thinking, very special one - kind of open-ended logic which allows a non-obvious solution to show up. BTW, the speaker is also making accent that it should be "right" questions. Maybe there should be more about what is "right" to understand what is "Innovative leader". I may suppose that speech is to encourage people - then I'm OK, just try, maybe you are the one :)
