OMG that is crazy bright for it's size. Quite a surprise for me.

Missed one setting: when it's press and hold the button you get momentary on in the high setting. Release and it's off again.

Hehe, a cheap cutie with a long life. An easily recharged keychain light is always appreciated.

But from what I remember, it is _EXTREMELY_ allergic to water, so that's a minus. Were it IPX-7, it would be the best on the market. In the rain, Murphy likes to strike and have us drop our keychains in puddles when we're trying to unlock doors. But then I guess they wouldn't be able to give us this price, so there's that.

Forgot to mention this: if this light is flat, why's it called "Tube"? o_O "Plate" would have been far more appropriate.

Wish I saw these before committing to a streamlight nano. Love the size, but fiddling with extremely expensive batteries and the small size makes it impossible to refill batteries "out in the field".

Sad thing is I bought the nano and 100 pieces of the batteries. Guess I'm tossing the nano into the FAK I carry along with a refill of batteries.

I just bought a generic one off ebay, it doesn't say Nitecore on it but it looks identical to the Nitecore, same colors and everything...I'll find out in a while when it arrives, if it's any good...only paid 4.00

I must admit even though I don't particular like USB lights, , they do make for great options for everyone who uses and likes all kinds of flashlights.Most flashaholics like me have way too many lights!

Why didn't they recess or fully shroud the 5mm LED to avoid glare? That's always been a problem with lights that use this type of emitter. Otherwise I like the idea.

Do you think a 76 year old with arthritic fingers/hands would be able to easily use the button on this, does it require much pressure to turn on/off? Thanks in advance if you have the time and are still using the light.

Maglite K3A116 AAA Battery required. It is very solid and not to big for key chain.. Or The Lite Express LX44201 65 lumens  also AAA battery. (ANSI) both are good choices.

Too bad the $5 promotion is over for the TUBE. This light on Amazon is $10. Not worth $10 to me because other options are available at a much lower price.
