The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is a large, space-based observatory optimized for infrared wavelengths. (From: The Naked Scientists.): "This is a very cold telescope. It sits at this point called Lagrange point 2, which is roughly 4 times the distance of the moon from earth, and the moon is a very warm object for an infrared telescope. James Webb can’t point towards the sun and the moon it’s an infrared telescope not an optical telescope. Pointing an infrared telescope towards the moon would destroy the telescopes instruments that need to be held at near absolute zero temperature. Yes, it's true, we help when anyone struggles a bit (or more) with the language. That's in Germany, in Austria, I think it's in any country in Europe.

And yes, many speak English, we might not know each and every word or phrase, we might be slow to speak English, but it's enough to figure out what you want and help you to find what you need ;-)

And if you are traveling, especially in tourist places, they speak some languages, the local language and English and maybe other languages like French (especially near France of course).

In some countries it helps if you speak the language a little bit (in France for example) and then they help and suddenly they also speak English ;-)
