That side of the map has everything. A zipline next to flag to take the high ground area at spawn, a Trident boost onto the Flag B roof, a tree jump onto the Flag B roof. The vent which is good to sneak to enemy side and cap A since not many use the doors that are on their side, they prefer the ones right in the middle. It is just slightly better in every way.

Small trees you can still climb
Very few on Olympus
But the taller trees can be climbed using other geo as a boost like a rock or wall

Valk can get some good rat spots on the really high trees

It’s a shame how if you don’t mirror the map exactly it could be a disadvantage for one side. Crazy how little things like that change the outcome

Damn. That is super crispy dude. So much faster and much harder to see where your coming from. You could even sit in that tree for a few good shots and drop down quick if a team is already controlling the roof

I think this is my favorite map of all time the rotations were good the visibility was good the fights were good loot was good the glitches were fun and overall made you smile playing it the new map is just blegh its got too many of the giant walls sectioning off the map for horrible rotations into buildings with people just camping there

Nice its so one sided not only does that side of the map have cover on the roof but a additional way to climb up

I actually have used that tree, but in a Pubs game. Final ring was right in Hammond and last guy was camping the roof on the left door so I couldn't get up and it would have come down to a 50/50. I needed to get creative, and got curious myself and attempted to climb and was surprised it worked.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get onto the top of the hitbox after multiple attempts so I ended up being forced inside the building and losing the 50/50, but ever since then I've practiced the climb anytime I can, so that when the time comes again I can flank roof campers in the last rings.

The answer is that you can mess up climbing the tree, you cannot mess up climbing the wall. Does the tree offer enough benefit over the wall to outweigh the loss in consistency? Does it offer any benefit besides making you an obvious target to the enemy team, actually?
