The only thing in the Queen of hearts version was the first game of American McGee's Alice to which Both Queen of hearts and Red Queen Emerged to each other flesh, blood and bones since Alice became insane and purely mad the fact she lost her family at the house fire all because of child pedo named Dr. Bumby.

In the second game she was called " The Queen " since Alice defeated her darker ego which was Queen of hearts that feeds on her sanity but not mentioned " Queen of hearts " only the first game she was mentioned.
