2 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla

MALTY CORNFLAKES
100g Cornflakes
60g Melted Unsalted Butter
25g Caster Sugar
25g Horlicks
1/4 tsp Salt

CARAMEL CORNFLAKES
300g Caster Sugar
200g Double Cream
100g Butter
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 vanilla
125g Cornflakes
