Got this same artifact today, ATK main stat w/ EM, ER, CR, and CD substats. Granted the CR and CD were low, it was a well-loaded artifact.

The most satisfying feeling is when you get a four stater with 2 crit rolls and it just rolls unto it... aaaah, the pain you suffered while farming for 2 years will be gone...
but then, you will reember "tsk3, i still need to do this 4 times with my other pieces" and then you are stuck in the next 3-8 months farming that domain. Hahaha

It's a usable piece and nothing to sniff at. But at the same time it's also only 32 crit value on a feather, you'd expect to do better if you farm the domain for a few weeks. Double ER and Single ATK% is a nice bonus though. Getting 4 good substats is hard.

Reminds me of what happens to my zhongli artifacts. I got def, def, hp & crit dmg, but unexpectedly, i got a continuous crit dmg roll which leads to 28 crit dmg. For ayaka, i got atk, atk, er & crit but most rolls are based on er when during that time, i crave for crit. This teaches me that don't judge an artifact purely by its stats, coz I'm used to neglecting trash substats artifacts, directly.
