The 4th one is NOT an actual photograph taken in WW1. It's an image from the French movie "Les Croix de Bois". It's a movie made in 1932, from the French perspective of the western front, similiar to "All quiet on the western front". This movie was so realistic that they hired real veterans from WW1 to direct the movie. From how they moved, ran, fired etc. Also there was many veterans actually acting in he movie. And a final fact: The producer himself was a veteran

1 Is probably a commander on a horse with a gas mask, 2 is four soldiers with a gas mask on, 3 is a few soldiers rushing to take the enemy trenches and, 4 is soldiers getting shot at while they are rushing to take the enemy's trenches. And none of the pictures are disturbing to me.
