So there is no way that he is fully recovered. So no, he has not recovered. It's just like many other addictions...it is an ongoing "disease" and reversals for any eating disorder is fully possible. So he still has it.

Eh, as someone who struggles with that stuff I get it. Like being glib about it. Id probably talk a lot about no longer dealing with that.

I am surprised he didnt damage his metabolism tho. Like I have several times gone on a low carb 1000 calorie diet with exercise and still never lose more than 35. It literally just stops. This goes beyond addiction and is often a metabolic disease. And of course I can't get noninvasive help cause I'm not diabetic.
