One of the best workout series on the web. I completed the 8-week challenge in 2016 and I've started doing these workout randomly whenever I get the time (sometimes I do this workout in the morning and go to the gym at night) and I feel great!

P.S. I'm 18 right now and my primary goal is building muscle.

I did week one workout, and tomorrow is my resting day. I can't believe I did it! at the beginning I did two weeks of tryout, and it was very painful. I had a lot of muscle source so I used ice which really helped me to cope with the pain. After that, I decided to make commitment to start the eight week challenge. Let's see what week two would look like. Keep getting Stronger!!!

I know I am getting stronger because I am doing moves that I couldn't do before and I am jogging for longer periods of time than 3 months ago. Niki when is month 3 coming out?
