Conflict Zone is Deutsche Welle's top political interview. Every week, our hosts Tim Sebastian and Michel Friedman are face-to-face with global decision-makers, seeking straight answers to straight questions, putting the spotlight on controversial issues and calling the powerful to account.

Hafiz Saeed has been named by David Headley so he is talking rubbish about India not giving enough on Mumbai terror attacks. Even the US has done it.

Being a Pakistani, I feel that Pakistani government is yet so incompetent to fight against multi-nationally funded terrorism. For the last three decades the militant narrative has been prevailed through out the society and state institutions. Militant groups have grown into giants. It will take time for such a feeble democratic system to get strong enough in order to curb militancy and to promote counter militant narrative.

If for once Pakistani people could see what they're not shown by their government, if only they could realize the kind of instability Pakistan as a nation is bringing to the table, if for once they could stop putting blames for their plight on their neighbors, or the US or the international community or to anyone who is not them, if for once they could stand up against government for the economic setback they've brought to their May their Allah bless them with open mindedness

I am happy that the anchor put the guest in a tough position that made him think and that also on the basis of the facts and figures that the anchor had. Why was Aziz laughing though? That was irresponsible considering he's had a momentous professional career!!! And a lot of wisdom and humility is expected of him. Poor public diplomacy Aziz Sahab.

I feel sorry for Pakistan general public. They are being crushed by radicals, pak army and China all together. Innocent people are celebrating CPEC. Little do they know, china feels cpec is a risk and they are having second thoughts. Meanwhile, Pakistan is drowned in loans that it can't repay, and essentials have become very expensive that many can't afford, power crisis, water crisis, unstable government. Only God can help them

When I hear Aziz, I am reminded of William Westmoreland, and we all know what a great success the US had in the Vietnam War.

Afghanistan must act against Anti Pakistan jihadists or else Kabul should be prepared to face the consequences !

If you want to understand the sheer depth of Pakistan's involvement with jihadists and Islamic terrorist networks, google "kunduz airlift" and read the wikipedia page. Instead of attacking Iraq, US and its allies should have attacked/sanctioned Pakistan and things would changed for the better in Afghanistan and the world in general.
