My wife and I just watched your video. I agree, Alpharetta is an amazing place to live. We moved here 30 years ago from LA and It was a major upgrade. Nearly anywhere near Lake Lanier is a great choice as well. Lake Lanier is a huge and beautiful lake. The water is a blue-green color and the fishing is good.

Not that I can compare it to anywhere else, but Bethlehem is a pretty awesome place. I love that you did include Monroe. Much easier to afford. Kudos for mentioning our little town 😊

I would add Grayson/Loganville area to this list as well. The schools are the best in Gwinnett and the houses are still affordable with plenty of new construction.
