I could not take HRT it literally caused anxiety and depression it was awful. I found many women going through the same and doctors aren't talking about it.

I´m 46 and going through perimenopause, i got really bad hairloss, poor sleep, depression, anxiety and could not see the point of keep going, I heard of HRT and was given Evorel sequi, I noticed an improvement in my mood and energy, my hairloss stoped, however in the weeks that I was taking evorel conti I had really bad anxiety, my apetite and food cravings decreased however I gainned 11 pounds since starting HRT, no one seems to talk about weight gain on HRT, I dicided to stop HRT at the moment to check if the weigh goes down.

Great video. Tfp ...can you give us a bit more info on those bio-hormones stuff like Suzanne Somers talked about on Oprah years ago? What do you think of that?
