When lockdown began I was in real trouble. I am 70 and have a back injury and along with serious medication I have massage and back treatment as well as finding Pilates five years ago I had been coping. When all this stoped because we were locked in our own homes I was lost. Finding your Pilates classes on line not only helped me physically but mentally as well.
