As an American, This anthem is absolutely beautiful; The Lyrics, the Music, everything!.It sure is a shame that such a Good country collapsed due to ethno - nationalism and pride.R.I.P Yugoslavia, you were a great Country for all the Slavs that Inhabited it.

Beautiful anthem, gives me chills all the time. I almost feel proud even though I'm not Yugoslavian. Mr. Tito was the best leader the earth has produced and your country was just what the whole world should be. Independent, patriotic, but progressive and loving each other.

Greetings from Poland, dear brothers. One day you will be great again.

I remember my mom telling me stories of being a child in Yugoslavia. She was allowed to travel both the Western and Eastern bloc because of the country's neutrality, standard of living was high, and people were very welcoming of tourists of either side. It's like it wasn't even Communist or Socialist

It was a so called "temporary" national anthem, while it was widely accepted, yet not of Yugoslav origins. In the early 80's Yugoslav authorities even opened a competition for the new anthem. However, we were all so connected to this anthem that the competition was stopped. Some of the best moments of my life were linked to this anthem.
