Much better if you draw the eyes and the hair in separate layers, so when you animate the blink, the hair doesn't go with it.

Seeing the hair also move when blinking look kinda weird. I'm not an expert but maybe drawing the hair on separate canvas might fix it. Anyways, thank you for sharing and your drawing is very cute.

TO MAKE IT SO THAT THE HAIR DO NOT MOVE TOGETHER WITH THE EYES IS TO DRAW THE HAIR IN A SEPARATE LAYER. THAT WAY, THE BANGS WONT BE CAUGHT UP IN THE EDITING OF THE EYES.
