Lit Mobile is a scam!

With the offered discount, I ordered, paid and received confirmation which stated that the item should arrive within days, that I should expect an e-mail confirmation as well, and that I would receive a final e-mail when the item was shipped.

SLIGHT CAUSE FOR CONCERN WAS RAISED WHEN, IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION, I ACCESSED THE TRACKING FUNCTION INSIDE OF THAT CONFIRMATION PAGE. IT DIRECTED ME TO A THIRD PARTY TRACKING SITE, WHICH REQUIRED JOINING, BEFORE I COULD TRACK THE ORDER, AND I OPTED NOT TO JOIN, AS I WOULD JUST RELY ON THE TWO E-MAILS WHICH SHOULD BE ON THE WAY (BUT AS YET, STILL HAVE NOT

A key point to this scam is that I did not record the confirmation #, or save the online page which contained the confirmation, because I trusted that I would be able to review my order status at any time in the future (considering that I would receive the confirmation e-mail). This all occurred on May 16, 2020.

After 3 days, I had not received the e-mail confirmation, but considered 'the virus effect' and chose to be patient.

After 5 days, anxiously expecting to receive the product, still not having received neither the confirmation e-mail, the shipping e-mail, nor the product, I went onto the Lit Mobile site, and after several minutes of frustrated searching, I realized that I could not find a place on their site, where I could verify my purchase, let alone track it. I sent an e-mail via their 'Contact Us' portal but did not receive a reply after 10 days. So, blah blah blah

Now, June 30th, 2020, I still have not received anything after purchase, no e-mail, no reply to my e-mails sent there, no way to contact them by phone, no way to confirm my order via their online portal, no product. Therefore I agree with the GhostKing8U YouTube post that I am commenting to here. For him and for me, Lit Mobile has been a complete scam.

ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON TRACKING THESE JOKERS DOWN AND MAKING THEM ACCOUNTABLE TO PAYBACK OR PAY FOR THEIR CRIME
