Lit Mobile fell short...

I FELT SO BAD MAKING THIS VIDEO. For my first experience working with a company and being an "Influencer" for them, it did not go very well. Lit mobile fell short and lost my trust. WATCH AND FIND OUT WHY.

I'm glad to hear from someone who actually had contact with them. I purchased a solar power bank almost 2 months ago and I've barely had any contact with them. I've been so scared that they're scammers & going to misuse my card & personal info. I'm still just really bummed that my product just never showed up or was even sent.

New subscriber here! I may actually purchase one of these powerbanks and disassemble it fully and make a video shows what it really is! I will be testing the power bank circuitry, the batteries inside will be tested and so will the solar cells!

I also agree with you that lit has a good product but it’s definitely sad that they have forgotten the most important part of business is customer service.

They are not #lit. Ordered a month ago. Nothing arrived. No response to last 3 emails. It's a scam, but they're still advertising 40% off w/Google ads. Total scam!

Made my order in mid-January. It's mid-April and I still do not have my case. Their customer service does not respond. They are scam artists. I had to do a chargeback.

Hey...I ordered wireless qi fast charging solar power bank from Lit Mobile back in May 2020. I have not received my device yet.I have left tons of emails, but no response. I did receive an email from them saying that they are sorry for the delay back in June, and that a new shipment has just arrived, and that I should be getting an email with the Tracking number of my item shipping by June 15th or June 16th. Today is July 16th 2020, and I haven't received any tracking info. My observation is that they ship the item to Youtubers like you who do a unboxing and provide free advertising for them. They would never send the devices to common customers like us, but the money gets deducted the very moment we place the order. What is your take on this?

This product might be good if it works. The company will not resolve issues as they won't even call or email you back. Tried messaging them on instagram and they blocked me.

That's everywhere and not just lit. If everyone did this like you did alot of company's be hurting from people like your review. I had some products fail or stop working. Some customers service suck. You dont see me bash the or write a letter or even get on YouTube. If you want to get protected from this use PayPal and read the guidelines. You will always get your money back .oh for another thing before trying to help a company to sale products and then bath them other company's be watching you and make sure they dont give you some or trust you after this. Just do the product and yes some may fail and some may not. But the ones that dont it's a great product or ok. Also if it's cheap its what you pay for. Nice intro by the way.
