Great video thank you for explaining. In TX it’s required. My policy says “up to $2, 500 in PIP”. I just had an accident and my medical expenses were only $127 (1 doctors visit, 1 X-ray scan, and prescription meds - doctor says no further treatment is needed). Does that mean I don’t get the rest of the $2, 373? It’s my first accident and it’s so confusing lol.
