This was so inspiring that I went to the gym. I used what strength I still had left in my hands to tear out my pectorals, deltoids, biceps, and triceps. It was definitely very painful but as I lay here and wait for the new muscle to grow into the tattered skin and bone that is there now, I know that the mental strength it took for me to do it will all be worth it.

That was 17 months ago and the only change is the rancid smell enveloping me. I’m guessing muscle takes longer than beaks and claws to grow. But I will be patient and wait. Excellence doesn’t form overnight.

Actually eagles don’t rebirth so they don’t pluck all off it’s of their feathers and brake their beak and talons but they preen their feathers and clean their talons and beak.
