I'm from Utah, not Mormon and am not voting for either Trump or Clinton. It is a terrible dilemma. I was a political science major also. I've voted in every election since I could.

Evan, the truth is that Evan McMullin is one of the least known and most unheard of candidates in any election. That line you delivered is the sum total of what I can find on your stance. Outside of that, I could learn more about you by reading the ingredients on a box of Corn Flakes than on what you've said to date. Being the least known isn't an asset outside of espionage.

The media in the USA keeps talking about the postal vote and it is interesting when you look at the recent close battlegrounds in the recent Australian election. A postal vote is more often than not given by the more affluent or professional voter... Those that are either on holiday out of state or regularly travel for work. In Australia that vote overwhelmingly went to the conservatives because demographically the lower income families and socially educated vote Labour (What you call Democrat). On election day itself there was a percentage vote for a right wing anti-immigration, anti-muslim, anti-asian, keep Australian values candidate and party, but very few postal votes for it. The Trump campaign embodies both the economic conservative vote and the politically disaffected low income vote. My take on this particular election is that the vast majority of Trump supporters fall into the "Low income" and not the "Economically conservative" electorate. Postal votes will overwhelmingly be for economic stability and business as usual. Trump will lose any close race decided by postal vote.
