Thing is most guys don't know how to get a real good pump because it takes years to develop the connection and also most Guys don't eat enough carbs to get into the muscle. You will still get stronger using lighter weight if you stick to contractions

Dude lift heavy fuck that light weight shit that’s only going to make you weak heavy weightlifting why actually build your strength someone somebody grabbed you you will be more than likely stronger than them trust me I know that’s why bodybuilders lightweight shit can’t compete with Calais statics
